About Us

We are a family owned and operated business which currently specializes in poultry products.  We have been in business for the past 35 years and served the Kitchener and Waterloo region of Ontario.  We also sell specialty items such as rabbits and ducks.  We have been at the St Jacobs Farmers market since its beginning and have built a steady clientele by providing fresh and frozen products.  We take time to know what our customers need and want.  We are able to respond to our customer’s allergies need or specialty diet. We produce our own sausages and ground meat which enable us to ensure quality and content.  We also smoke some of our product.

We strive to provide the freshest products possible to you and your family.  We hold our suppliers to the highest standards so that what we sell to you is the best quality available. Our products are wheat, gluten and lactose free.  We do not add salt and water to our poultry products.  Our products are all natural, not tumbled in salt water.
